Gram Flour is made from Chickepeas. Gram Flour contains high proportion of Carbohydrate, no Gluten and higher propotion of protein than any other flour. Gram Flour is widely used in Indian subcontinent recipes, when mixed with equal proportion of water, it can be used as egg replacer in Vegan cooking.
